worst coffee I've ever had - luke warm and bitter !!!
Plush towels, peaceful venue with lovely walks
A little taste of how luxury should be enjoyed.
Mattress could have been of better quality.
Excellent staff service and hotel grounds are beautiful
The pillows wasn't to great
it was just a beautiful lovely place the restaurant food was the best I have ever had!
The property itself is stunning, interior and exterior. Very elegant.
Food was really quite poor. Looked beautiful but not cooked properly. Raw potatoes, very little steak more onion on the plate on a £35+ dish. Disappointing.
great breakfast . fantastic location. Comfy bed. Loved the sloe gin.
The dinner menu was limited and very expensive .
An excellent one night stay. Perfect staff, food and hospitality.
Very friendly staff and good spa facilities.
Think options for breakfast for vegetarians could be better.
dog in room opposite. change of room carpet very dirty tv not working. Quality of breakfast not good as expected.
Poor wi if connection
Location, gardens, very friendly staff and lovely rooms.
The breakfast. The continental buffet was good but the cooked breakfast was very disappointing. Kept lukewarm in metal trays. Also the staff were slow in clearing the dirty plates off the breakfast table. Not we expected given the rest of the hotel and service. We would certainly go again but we would give the cooked breakfast a wide berth unless they change the way they serve it and keep it warm
Grosser Investitionsstau, Personal z.T überfordert, mangelnde Sauberkeit
